We partnered with TradeZella as their COO and within 27 weeks, we revamped and built their entire infrastructure, including HR, Finance, CX, Marketing, and Growth.
We managed daily operations, set KPIs and OKRs, and built an internal knowledge base. MRR increased by over $200,000, and monthly active users grew by over 8,000. To support this, we developed a 3-tier affiliate program, generating consistent six-figure revenue monthly within the first 12 weeks.
Our Active and Passive churn funnels boosted revenue by multiple six figures, saving thousands of users. We also implemented Mixpanel for product analytics and led a global team across the UK, NY, Dubai, and the Philippines.
